We are delighted to announce our new conference PSDI & Royce Materials Data Summit – 29^th to 31^st July 2026.

If you are interested in materials science digitalisation, this is the conference to attend.  This is a promising opportunity to network, share your work with other likeminded people, learn about recent developments in the areas of materials science and build collaborations. As well as talks, the event will also feature hands-on practical sessions.

The event will cover:

• Data-driven applications of AI

• Autonomous laboratories and digital twins

• Digital research tools, including workflow automation frameworks and electronic laboratory notebooks

• Community databases and curated data collections

• Data standards, metadata quality, ontologies, and semantic interoperability

Supported by The Henry Royce Institute and the Physical Sciences Data Infrastructure (PSDI) this event will take place at the University of Manchester, from 29^th to 31^st July 2026.
